There's no new formula yet. GX improvement hasn't been implemented yet.

Current formula : (300 + (50 x skill level))% Atk/Matk

The contents of Genetic second improvement as below :

1. Spore Explosion

- The skill will deal primary damage to single target. And then cause an explosion that deal secondary damage to target and nearby enemies. There is no delay time between primary and secondary damage.

- Improves damage formula. Primary damage formula : (200 + (180 x skill level))%Atk. Secondary damage formula : (180 x skill level)%Atk.

2. Cart Cannon

- Improves damage formula. Damage will scale with base level. New damage formula : (350 x skill level)%Atk.

- Reduces the influence of user's Int and Cart Remodeling skill level. New factor : Int/(6 - Cart Remodeling skill level)

3. Crazy Vines

- Changes skill element from forced earth property to depends on weapon element instead. The damage type becomes long ranged physical damage.

- Improves damage formula. New damage formula (per 1 vine) : (700 + (100 x skill level))%Atk.

- Damage will scale with base level and changes damage display to 2 hits.

- Increases number of vine by 2 on every level.

 

4. Item Sling and Bomb Creation

- Both skill will be removed, list of throwing items in Change Material recipes also be removed.

 

5. Special Pharmacy

- Adds new 3 buff potions and 3 recovery potions.

7. Homunculus Eleanor : Sonic Claw

- Changes damage formula, increases cast range from 1 to 3 cells. New damage formula : (60 x skill level)%Atk. Damage is increased depends on Homunculus's base level.

- Reduces cooldown.

 

8. Homunculus Eleanor : Silvervein Rush

- Changes damage formula, increases cast range from 1 to 3 cells. New damage formula : (250 x skill level)%Atk. Damage is increased depends on Homunculus's Str and base level.

- Removes stun inflicting effect.

 

9. Homunculus Eleanor : Midnight Frenzy

- Changes damage formula, increases cast range from 1 to 3 cells. New damage formula : (350 x skill level)%Atk. Damage is increased depends on Homunculus's Str and base level.

- Removes fear inflicting effect.

- Reduces spirit sphere consumption to 1.

 

10. Homunculus Eleanor : Tinder Breaker

- Changes damage type to fixed physical damage. New damage amount : (2500 x skill level). Damage is increased depends on Homunculus's base level.

- Removes immobilization inflicting effect, removes penalty that reduces flee on target and Eleanor to 0.

- The skill will reduce target's flee by 50%. The duration depends on Homunculus's Str.

- The skill will works on boss monsters.

 

11. Homunculus Eleanor : C.B.C.

- Changes damage type to fixed physical damage. New damage amount : (4000 x skill level). Damage is increased depends on Homunculus's base level.

- The skill will works on boss monsters.

 

12. Homunculus Eleanor : C.Q.C.

- Changes damage type to fixed physical damage. New damage amount : (6000 x skill level). Damage is increased depends on Homunculus's base level.

- Changes skill cooldown and delay after skill.

- The skill will works on boss monsters.

- Damage is increased depends on user's Int and target's Vit.

- Changes skill element from forced neutral property to depends on weapon element instead.

- Increases SP consumption to 50, adds 0.15 seconds cooldown.

I don't know about influence of Str and Int but for base level it should be the same as other skill (base level/100).

Casting time doesn't be changed.

- Performers (2nd) -

The contents of Performers second improvement as below :

1. Bard & Dancer song skills (Magic Strings / Impressive Riff / Song of Lutie / Perfect Tablature / Gypsy's Kiss / Lady Luck / Focus Ballet / Battle Theme / Mental Sensing / Acoustic Rhythm / Power Cord)

- Increases duration from 60 seconds to 180 seconds.

 

2. Reverberation

- Changes skill logic from ground setup skill to target skill. Deals damage on target enemy and nearby enemies. Requires target to cast.

- Fixed casting time is 0.5 seconds on every level.

- Increases area of effect. Area of effect : 5x5 (level 1~3) / 7x7 (level 4~5)

- Changes damage type from (physical + magical) damage to magical damage. New damage formula : (700 + (300 x skill level))%Matk.

- Removes Throat Lozenge consumption. The skill will consume 10 ea of equipped arrow instead.

- Damage property will depend on property of equipped arrow.

With this animation, Cart Cannon will it be more spammable?

I mean: will we be able to use the skill more times per second? (with cast time and delay reductions)

 

And with this new formula, is the skill still Nevermiss?

Will it now be possible to use effects like those on the Thanatos card or Ice Pick? ("Occult Impaction" style damage)

Have cast time, cast delay and cooldown changed?

No. After I checked. The skill still has 0.6 sec hard animation time.

The ways to bypass it are :

1. Data editing

2. Change to other monster sprite that have attack animation time lower than CC hard animation time (such as Jakk or Bathory).

3. Changes animation by yourself (move or being attacked)

 

Skill mechanism still be the same. Only change dmg formula.

So Thanatos still doesn't work on this skill.
