Again inquisitor not sura. The only thing remotely useful in its 4th job is the stat boosting skills, the rest of the attack skills are pure garbage whereas other classes gets to enjoy new abilities. When you change to inquisitor theres nothing new besides adding boring stats for your tiger cannon and why is that? Because the new attack skills are lame. Classes like cardi, troub/trouv, bio, mies, dk, etc are just there for the buffs/debuff, heck dk barely has any usable skills unless they're spear/db/aa type. Only class I can think of who uses 4th job skills offensively are the shadow x (if counter slash build), wh, and possibly arch mage. I think it's intended. Gravity added cooldown in many skills while rebalance such as Reverberation got 0.15 seconds cooldown too. I think for balance purpose. I think for balance purpose. when i said those constraints on Overbrand, i meant when kRO did the first rework on Royal Guard skills (except on the 185 update where Genesis Ray and Grand Cross were adjusted), they didn't mention a critical nerf which were the addition of 0.5 FCT and 0.25 cooldown. It was more like a ninja patch on it. Now that the 4th Job skills rework bundle is released, only Royal Guard skills got further adjustment and rightfully so as kRO did a laughable job on their first try. There are some ninja patch that don't be mentioned in anywhere unless people found it by themselve. Cannon Spear looks really competitive now. given the right equipment, it ill be left with 0.2 cooldown and full CRIT effect. hopefully, when kRO sends the skills rework to iRO, it includes this one.
