When you use Calamity Gale you'll receive No Limits level 5 buff too. But Calamity Gale and No Limits buff have separated duration as Calamity Gale duration is 180 seconds while No Limits duration is 150 seconds. 2. As latest patch, yes. You can use No Limits and Calamity Gale together (before changing, using No Limits would remove Calamity Gale buff).
