Well, i'm looking for information about goh behavior on  Kro

 

More specific about the bonus dmg from goh:

 

Via Normal = (User_MaxHP − User_HP) + (User_SP × SP_Modifier) + (BaseLv × 10)

 

This part of the dmg seems to be bugged in the server that i play. I read in some foruns and some reports that on Kro and even on Iro, this dmg is not affect by any modifiers even race or size.

Its always neutral and its only reduced by ghostring, energy coat, deviling and woe redution...

Is that true? there is any oficial information about that? i can only find the formula of goh, but about this behavior, i couldn't find anything...

Yes.

Those parts of dmg work like old DB.

Can't be reduced by any modifier. Ghostring and some skills can reduce it.
