  8. No. The skill is similar to other AoE wizard skills now. On level 5 the skill deal 18 hits of 250%Matk = 4500%Matk scales with base level. So on base level 112 or higher the skill with deal more damage than Comet. BTW the skill loses speed penalty debuff though.

  10. I've seen once. The ground visual effect is removed. Replaced with effect similar to third class song when cast. Icon buff will show on right screen as usual. Song music still play.
