Aiming count can be accumulated up to 10, and if the user leaves the standing cell due to certain effect such as being knocked-back, the aiming mode is canceled and aiming count is reset.
Increases Atk / Hit / Cri while in focus aiming mode.

On hyper novice, are the debuffs he's applying, for all the party or is it just a debuff for the hyper novice that used it?

Any debuff applied to monsters will work on any players, same as Comet and Rush Quake debuff.

What is "Shadow Cloaking state" from Shinkiro's skills? Can I get ACD/FCT/VCT/CD of Kunai-Shuriken builds (long ranged and melee builds) atm?

It's the buff that increases movement speed and reduces incoming damage of the user for short duration.

It's similar to Inquisitor's "Brand". Just mark on target to inflict more damage on certain skills.

I heard that Nightmare Effect also helps to remove some reflect effects like reflect shield,etc,... Could you test it if it works like this or not?

I think that's Kagerou's skill Empty Shadow.
