Hello @Sigma! Do you know if nowadays dragon breath still ignores all multiplyers except long range%? and it still treats hard def as soft?

@Sigma @Dia The Jasper circlet refers to modifications/buffs to runestone effects, any idea of what are they? I've seen other hat (Rune Helm) that modificates runes in japanese ro site (https://ragnarokonline.gungho.jp/store/summer-package2015.html) and there were a list of changes, but could not find a list like that about Jasper circlet (https://ragnarokonline.gungho.jp/store/ragcan2020february.html) Thank you very much for your amazing work!
