Hi. Actually this skill works on most of skill damage but it just add flat damage to the skill. For the example. Mammonite has 600% dmg. This skill adds + 100% to the skill dmg so = 600 + 100 = 700%.

Base vit 1 vit reduces duration by 0.1 seconds. However each instance of crystalization has minimum duration that is fixed.

The Hdef treats the skill dmg similar to Cart Cannon. Hdef subtracts skill dmg directly.
