  9. I know your point. Along with each rebalance patches. There are some ninja patch that don't be mentioned in anywhere unless people found it by themselve. I'm not sure if it's intended or just mis-communication in each department of Gravity.

  11. I think it's intended. Gravity added cooldown in many skills while rebalance such as Reverberation got 0.15 seconds cooldown too. I think for balance purpose.
