The HP/SP portion dmg works similar to HP portion of GoH. Reduction from items don't work on it. But reduction from skill can. So both Cicada Skin Shed and Mirror Image should dodge the skill damage unless it's magical type. In case of New Moon Kick. This skill will be canceled if caster is attacked. So use this advantage.1 point
