    No. The skill is similar to other AoE wizard skills now. On level 5 the skill deal 18 hits of 250%Matk = 4500%Matk scales with base level. So on base level 112 or higher the skill with deal more damage than Comet. BTW the skill loses speed penalty debuff though.
