Creates a storm with a violent flap of wings, dealing long ranged physical damage to the target and all enemies within range. Deals additional damage depending on the user's base level and CON. The skill's effect is enhanced during Apex Phase. Apex Phase Applies critical damage, the critical chance is the user's CRI (however, the effectiveness of critical modifier is applied by half).
