Damage dealt by Ice Waves increased to 2x.
Climax (Stage 3)
Ice wave damage increases by 50%.
Climax (Stage 4)
Reduce the damage of the ice wave, but increase delayed damage by 150%
Climax (Stage 5)
Increase Ice Wave's area of effect to 15x15 cells, delayed damage now deal damage to 5x5 area surrounding the target.
