• Enables use of skill 콜드볼트
• Adds a 10% chance of autocasting Level 3 콜드볼트 each time the wearer physically attacks
• Enable a 5% chance of inflicting the Frozen status on an enemy with each melee attack
• Enable a 0,1% chance of inflicting the Frozen status on the player with each melee attack
