1. This item allows transferring an enchantment from a Costume equipment to another Costume equipment within the same slot.
That means that an enchantment on a 'Upper and Mid' Costume cannot be transferred to a 'Middle' Costume—only to another 'Upper and Mid' Costume.
2. Transfers all enchantments, including Dual, Graphic, and Footprint effects.
3. You must have the target Costume equipped to perform the transfer.
4. You can cancel the transfer by speaking to the NPC.
5. Certain Costumes may not be eligible for transfer.
