Game Screen always freeze after play in a short time

Hi everyone 

I just buy a new laptop spec like below
    Brand : MSI
    Windows 11 pro
    Model : Katana GF66 12UD-027TH
    Processor : Intel Core i7-12700H (3.8GHz up to 5.0GHz, 24MB Intel Smart Cache)
    Graphics : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti (4GB GDDR6)
    Main Memory : 32GB DDR4 3200MHz
    Storage : 1TB PCIe NVMe M.2 PCIe Gen4 SSD
    
I have problem when I start Ragnarok GGT for 3-4 min. Game screen will freeze (mouse pointer can't move too) but game still running I know that because I try to random click in screen and sound still play. I have to ATL+F4 for close it then reopen game my charactor had move to new coordinates in map.

I investigate at Task Manager. I found Ragnarok run by GPU onboard Intel Iris Xe graphics and it stop running before game screen is freeze.

Anyone please suggest me to solve it.

Solution that I tried
1. Update Driver GPU onboard to lastest version.
2. Try to force Ragnarok run by NVIDIA GeForce RTX but can't see NVIDIA GeForce RTX in Game Setting.
3. Try to backward my Windows from 11 to 10, game can run but there is a lot of new problem about driver with my laptop. and can't set game screen size. 
4. Open ticket to GGT Staff and they can't help me
