[API] Call API item with specific server thRO got unreadable data

Hi, 

   I tried API item (Scarlet Dragon Leather Bow) with server thRO but got unreadable Thai character and description is empty string.

Please try to use the server thROG instead of thRO. thRO ist the old one and those items do not exist in that one.
