Vigor Dragon Knight

Hello my dear.

I would like to ask something about de DK's Vigor skill. This effect works on melee skill, or only on basic attack? the additional damage effect on angel and demi-humans its a separeted  effect and works on any kind of attack/skills, or only add damage on the 250% dmg buff?

To elaborate. The skill has 2 separated effects. 

1. Adds flat damage to normal attack (I don't know if it adds flat damage to skill as well, like Giant Growth).

2. Adds physical damage bonus to angel and demihuman. This bonus works on normal attack and skills.
