Ragnarok Zero : Skill balance

Some skills have been improved as below

1. Knight classes
1.1. Brandish Spear
- Reduces cooldown from 2 seconds to 1 second.
1.2. Pierce
- Improves number of attack hit depends on target size, small : 2 hits, medium : 3 hits, large : 4 hits.
1.3. Clashing Spiral
- Improves damage depends on target size.
1.4. Spear Dynamo / Aura Blade
- Adds buff icon.
- When reconnecting (moving to certain maps). The skill effect no longer be removed.
1.5. Bowling Bash
- Reduces cooldown from 3 seconds to 1.8 seconds.
- Reduces knock-back distance to 2 cells.
- Increases SP consumption from 22 to 38 on level 10.
- For two-handed sword, increases maximum number of hit from 4 hits to 5 hits.
- For other weapons, increases number of hit from 2 hits to 3 hits.
- Damage is increased depends on user's Str.

2. Crusader classes
2.1. Holy Cross
- Changes bonus damage that applied to two-handed spear only to also applies to one-handed spear as well.
- Damage is increased depends on user's Vit.
2.2. Sacrifice
- Increases level different limit from 10 to 15.
- Reduces fixed casting time from 1.5 seconds to 0.5 seconds.
- Reduces variable casting time from 1.5 seconds to 1.0 seconds.
- Between Sacrifice and Defending Aura. Only latest used skill is applied.
2.3. Resistant Souls
- Reworks skill. Only cast on self. Also increases resistant to stun, petrified, curse and confusion.
2.4. Gloria Domini
- Increases damage from 1250%Matk to 1450%Matk on level 5.
- Target attacked by this skill will take more damage from holy property by 20% for 5 seconds.
2.5.Rapid Smiting
- Reduces variable casting time from 0.8 seconds to 0.5 seconds.
- Reduces cooldown from 0.7 seconds to 0.3 seconds.

3. Blacksmith classes
3.1. Shattering Strike
- Increases duration.
- Reduces SP consumption from 90 to 45 on level 10.
- Adds bonus physical damage for the skill duration.
- When reconnecting (moving to certain maps). The skill effect no longer be removed. And the skill buff can be dispelled.
3.2. Maximum Power-Thrust
- Reduces zeny cost from 5,000 to 3,000 on level 5.
- Increases damage deal from 200% to 300% on level 5.
- The skill effect no longer be removed when user swap equipment. When reconnecting (moving to certain maps). The skill effect no longer be removed.

4. Assassin classes
4.1. Sonic Blow
- Reduces cooldown from 1 second to 0.3 seconds.
- Reduces SP consumption from 34 to 28 on level 10.
4.2. Grimtooth
- Cast range is 9 cells regardless skill level.
- Increases damage from 200%Atk to 300%Atk on level 5.
- Damage is increased depends on user's Agi.
4.3. Meteor Assault
- Damage is increased depends on user's Agi (changed from Str).
4.4. Enchant Deadly Poison
- Increases duration to 180 seconds on level 5.
- When reconnecting (moving to certain maps). The skill effect no longer be removed.

5. Mage/Wizard classes
5.1. Fire Bolt / Cold Bolt / Lightning Bolt / Thunderstorm / Heaven's Drive / Earth Spike / Lord of Vermilion / Storm Gust / Meteor Storm
- Damage is increased depends on user's Int.

6. Rogue classes
6.1. Sightless Mind
- Increases damage from 800%Atk to 850%Atk on level 5.
- Damage is increased depends on user's Dex and Agi.
6.2. Back Stab
- Reduces cooldown from 1 second to 0.5 seconds.
6.3. Preserve
- Reworks skill to become ON/OFF toggle skill.

7. Sage classes
7.1. Dragonology

- Adds effect that ignores magic defense of dragon race monsters depends on skill level.
- Changes bonus damage against dragon race monsters and damage reduction from dragon race monsters.
- Changes bonus Int.

7.2. Free Cast
- Improves movement speed penalty from 75% to 100% on level 10.

8. Monk classes
8.1. Raging Thrust
- Increases damage from 1200%Atk to 2250%Atk on level 5.
8.2. Glacier Fist
- No longer consume spirit sphere.
- No longer immobilize target and increases damage from 1250%Atk to 1850%Atk on level 5.
8.3. Chain Crush Combo
- Increases damage from 2000%Atk to 2300%Atk on level 10.
- Damage is increased depends on user's Str.

9. Hunter classes
9.1. Wind Walker

- Reduces area of effect to 13x13 cells around the user.
- Increases bonus Flee from 5 to 20 on level 10.
- When reconnecting (moving to certain maps). The skill effect no longer be removed.

 
10. Performers classes
10.1. Magic Strings / Impressive Riff / Song of Lutie / Perfect Tablature / Gypsy's Kiss / Lady Luck / Focus Ballet / Battle Theme / Mental Sensing /
Acoustic Rhythm / Power Cord
- Increases duration from 60 seconds to 180 seconds.
10.2. Slinging Arrow / Melody Strike
- Damage is increased depends on user's Int.
- Adds 0.1 seconds fixed casting time. Adds 0.1 seconds cooldown.
- Increases SP consumption from 12 to 15

Some of 2nd class quest skills also be improved as below

1. Knight classes
1.1. Charge Attack
- Damage is 700%Atk regardless distance from target.
- Knock-back distance is 2 cells in normal maps and 4 cells in PVP maps (knock-back doesn't work on WoE environment maps)

2. Crusader classes
2.1. Shrink
- Increases duration from 5 minutes to 15 minutes.
- Changes knock-back inflicting on succesful blocking to 50% chance of stun inflicting instead.
- Increases SP consumption to 100.
- Chance to trigger shrink is 50% regardless skll level of Guard.

3. Blacksmith classes
3.1. Dubious Salesmanship

- Also reduces zeny cost of High Speed Cart Ram.
- Zeny consumption reduction is increased from 10% to 20%.

4. Assassin classes
4.1. Sonic Acceleration

- Increases hit rate bonus from 50% to 90%.
- Increases bonus damage of Sonic Blow from 10% to 90%.
4.2. Venom Knife
- Increases SP consumption from 15 to 35.
- Increases damage from 100%Atk to 500%Atk.

5. Rogue classes
5.1. Close Confine
- Increases SP consumption from 15 to 35.
- Increases Flee bonus from 10 to 50 after 10 seconds of user and target immobilization.

6. Wizard classes
6.1. Sight Blaster
- Increases duration from 2 minutes to 15 minutes and increases damage from 100%Matk to 600%Matk.
- Increases SP consumption from 40 to 80.

7. Sage classes
7.1. Create Elemental Converter
- Changes material to 1 elemental ore and 1 blank scroll (element of converter corresponding to element of used ore).
- Increases duration of elemental converter endowment to 20 minutes.

8. Priest classes
8.1. Redemptio
- Changes from consume all remain SP to 800 SP.
- No longer consume experience point but consume 100% HP instead.

9. Monk classes
9.1. Excruciating Palm
- Increases SP and HP consumption. Deals 800%Atk to target.
- Knocks all enemies back within 3x3 cells around the target and inflict stun to them.

10. Hunter classes
10.1. Phantasmic Arrow
- Increases SP consumption from 10 to 50.
- Deals 500%Atk as wind element long ranged physical type to target, doesn't consume arrow.
- Knocks target back for 3 cells.

11. Bard classes
11.1. Pang Voice
- Increases SP consumption from 20 to 40.
- Adds bleeding inflicting.

12. Dancer classes
12.1. Charming Wink
- Increases SP consumption from 20 to 40.
- Adds hallucination inflicting.

Please note. Quest skill balance above will be updated to original game in Sakray tomorrow.

Hey @Sigma, are these changes been applied to kRO or just to kRO Zero? if they r here do u know this INT influence in formulas?

Currently all of these balance, except quest skills balance, only be implemented on Zero.
