[Zero] Note : First classes & second classes skills rebalance

1 classes
Merchant
- Crazy Uproar : Changes to area of effect skills which effect entire party in caster's screen and increase Atk instead of Str.
Acolyte
- Increase Agility : Also increases attack speed.
- Blessing : Also increases Hit.
- Angelus : Also increases MaxHP.

2-1 classes
Knight
- Two Handed Quicken : reduces the attack speed received (from 30% to 10%).
Blacksmith
- Adrenaline Rush : reduces the attack speed received (from 30% to 10%).
- Power Thrust : No longer destroy weapon, increase efficiency on party members.
- Weapon Forging : Forged weapon also gain 3 random attributes. If forged by top rank blacksmith. The amount of attributes are increased up to 5.
Wizard
- Meteor Storm : Modifies casting time.
- Storm Gust : Reduces casting time, adds cooldown
- Lord of Vermilion : Reduces casting time
Priest
- Suffragium : Removes cast limit, changes to area of effect skills which effect entire party in caster's screen.
- Impositio Manus : Changes from increases MasteryAtk to EquipAtk, also increases EquipMatk, changes to area of effect skills which effect entire party in caster's screen.
- Magnus Exorcismus : Reduces casting time
Hunter
- Blitz Beat : damage from auto Blitz Beat no longer split.
- Land Mine : adds Fixed Casting Time.
- Blast Mine : adds Fixed Casting Time.
- Claymore Trap : adds Fixed Casting Time.

2-2 clsses
Crusader
- Spear Quicken : Reduces the attack speed received (from 30% to 10%).
- Grand Cross : Removes self damage  (HP 20% consumed on casting still remain), adds Fixed Casting Time.
Alchemist
- Demonstration : Increases the chance to destroy weapon.
- Acid Terror : Increases the chance to destroy armor.
Sage
- Earth Spike : Increase damage
- Heaven's Drive : Reduces casting time
Monk
- change size penalty of knuckle : small 100% / medium 100% / large 75%
Bard / Dancer
- Song skills : Changes to area of effect skills which effect entire party in caster's screen for the duration, only 1 buff from each performer applies.
- Musical Strike / Throwing Arrow : Modifies casting time, increases damage.
- Chorus skills : Changes to area of effect skills which effect entire party in caster's screen for the duration, only 1 buff from each performer applies.

According to recent KRO dev note. Most of above skill adjustments in Zero will be applied to original game as well.

I'm Very interested in some changes like EDP and Arm Cannon.

I'm translating Zero skills balance first. Most skills are more interesting such as Magnus Exorcismus will deal 100% holy damage regardless enemy race and element.
