Shouldn't this be "Increases cooldown from 0.5 0.3 seconds to 0.5 seconds." ? What does "area damage on branded damage" actually means? Does everyone inside the MF AoE receive the same damage with the targeted mob inflicted with Sound Blend? For example, if there are 3 mobs inside 5x5 cells and I inflicted one mob with Sound Blend, then I casted MF on the mob inflicted with Sound Blend, will everyone inside the 5x5 cell receive the same-ish damage with that Sound Blended mob?
