Sorry to bother Sigma but is this actually true? At this time of the video the player shows an automatic leg with Firing Shoot and Overpower but here it says that you can only have one legendary enchant on it.

Sorry to bother, Sigma, but aren't the skill modules now sold through a NPC making the RNG on those be zero? I remember watching a video where someone showed that and the expansion of that map but no clue if that was actually the live servers or a Sakray thing.

Those are not complete/correct at 100%. For example, I've seen this before in a Lava Leather Robe: INT + 3 변동 캐스팅 시간 15% 감소 (-15% variable cast time) and it's possible to get double equal enchants (not values, effects) like double +SP or double +DEF (and I've seen values of DEF close to 200 in a single enchant slot). The ones from AGH seems to be equal or weaker versions of the ones from Vicious (I've yet to see the same max values as the ones on vicious but I've noticed that they're very similar in terms of effects) along with a few new ones (like +HIT).
